GAY JESUS

A character I have been performing for over 15 years, Gay Jesus exudes joy and love! Rewriting religion from a queer perspective and spreading the gospel of love and acceptance. Gay Jesus attempts to heal a community that has been historically ostracised and oppressed in the name of religion.

Gay Jesus regularly appears at club nights, in variety shows, comedy and cabaret revues and was a hit at the Melba Speigeltent in Radical Rituals for Midsumma Festival.
