Slovenia, a country in Central Europe, is known for its mountains, ski resorts and lakes. Clean, green and safe, Slovenia is the ideal spot to get back to nature. Whether you’re climbing mountains, hiking through the countryside, enjoying the charming towns or relaxing in one of the many wellness spas its hard not to feel at peace in this beautiful nation.
They take pride in their green landscape and heritage. And sustainable living is an important part of their way of life. This is a place where you can still find ancient forests, crystal-clear waters, unspoiled ridges, and diverse wildlife.
I only spent a short time in Slovenia, at the stunning Lake Bled. But I hope to return for a longer period to fully experience the beauty of this landscape and culture.
