Spain… you stole my heart. I’ve always had a strong desire to visit Spain and an affinity with it’s culture, food, music and people. When I finally made it, I was not let down! I know we aren’t meant to have favourites but let’s just say Spain was a highlight of Europe for me!
Road-tripping around Spain and Catalonia in a campervan affectionally dubbed Van Frank, was an unforgettable experience. The passion and warmth of the people, the mouth watering food “mas pinchos por favor!”, the incredible architecture, history and scenery and a thriving queer community, all contributed to a fantástico Spanish adventure.
Spain is a geographically and culturally diverse country located in the extreme Southwest of Europe on the Iberian Peninsula. Known for stone castles, snowy mountains, sparkling coastlines, rich culture, and sophisticated cities, all of which make it a favourite travel destination for many, including me… I’ll be back!
