Logistics & Staffing Manager-Tour
(Canada Tour, 2016)
Spanning 12 cities, from the East coast of Canada to the West, the FIFA Women’s World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola created a buzz and excitement across the country for the impending games. Fans came out in their thousands to participate in fun games such as giant foozeball, robotic goalkeepers and cheer walls, dance to live DJs, win prizes and to walk through the ‘winners tunnel’ to have their photo taken with the famous trophy. Streets were closed for free outdoor concerts with famous Canadian bands, VIPs and politicians all stopped in to visit and thousands of free limited edition Coke bottles were handed out!
I managed a new team of 30-40 staff in every city. Overseeing the build and break down of the event site and managing staff during event days to ensure everything ran smoothy.
After the promotional tour I was asked by Coca-Cola Global to stay on and manage their activation as a major sponsor of the FIFA Women’s World Cup at the Vancouver Fan-Zone during the games.

1000’s of excited Nintendo fans queued to be the first to experience the new WiiU console and were impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff (the WiiU stand was voted as Best in the Expo!).
I have also worked extensively promoting Nintendo’s Wii, WiiU and 3DSi at various Events, Expos & launches in New Zealand, Australia & Canada.

Venue Supervisor/FOH Supervisor
(Perth, Australia, 2020)
Fringe World Festival is an annual multi-arts fringe festival held in Perth, Western Australia during the city’s summer festival season of January/February. Fringe World is recognised as the third largest Fringe in the world.
I was given the opportunity to work at this festival as Front of House Venue Supervisor for the venue Deluxe at Ice Cream Factory. An intimate venue at the festival with multiple sold out sessions every night. However, very quickly my role was expanded to include managing both the Black Flamingo tent and Shambles venue at The Woodside Pleasure Garden.
I was then promoted to Front of House Supervisor for the entire Ice Cream Factory Hub, a fantastic opportunity and a great team to work with. Hopefully I’ll be back to Fringe World some time in the future!
